WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE
Here you can notify us that you wish to withdraw from all or part of a purchase made from Astrid Lindgren Butiken.
This withdrawal function is provided in accordance with the Swedish Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts. Through SFS 2026:246, new provisions are introduced so that consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal through a clear and easily accessible function in the online interface.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from the contract by submitting or sending a clear message to this effect within the withdrawal period.
For distance purchases, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your products.
You may withdraw from the entire purchase or from part of the purchase. What matters is that it is clear that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You can use the form on this page to notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also notify us in another way.
HOW TO USE THE WITHDRAWAL FORM
In the form, you fill in your name, email address and order number. You also state whether you wish to withdraw from the entire order or only part of the order.
If you only wish to withdraw from part of the order, please specify which products your message concerns.
To submit your message, you confirm that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the information you provided.
The acknowledgement of receipt confirms that we have received your message. It does not mean that the return has been fully processed.

IF THE ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED
A message stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase does not automatically stop an order that has not yet been delivered.
If it is possible to stop the order before it is shipped, our customer service team will contact you to confirm which products your message concerns.
If the order cannot be stopped in time, you will need to receive the shipment and return the product or products you wish to return according to our return instructions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS
Returns must be sent back in accordance with our return policy.
We also do not accept returns of sealed products if the seal has been broken or the product has been used.
