Pippi Långstrump går ombord

In the second book about Pippi we get to follow along when Pippi buys eighteen kilos of candies, when she goes to the market and tames boa constrictors and pranks and when she takes Tommy and Annika to a deserted island and is shipwrecked for two days. But then Captain Longstocking comes sailing on his Hoppetossa and wants Pippi to come with him to the South Sea island where he floated ashore after being blown into the lake during a storm.
