Astrid Lindgren was passionate about peace, the environment, children's rights and many other social issues. Several of her opinion-forming texts are included in this book, as well as texts by a long list of famous people: Bo Strömstedt, Per Svensson, Caroline Krook, Stefan Edman, Hugo Lagercrantz , Boris Pankin, Karin Söder and others. They convey memories and thoughts related to Astrid Lindgren's role in the contemporary debate.
