The tiny, tiny children Peter and Petra are so eager to start school. One day they knock on the door to the beginner’s class at Gustaf Vasa School, near Vasaparken, where they live under a big spruce tree. They are each placed at a tiny, tiny desk and become best friends with a boy called Gunnar. When he comes to visit them in the park, they show off their ice-skating skills.
